3 Month FTC with potential to become Permanent

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to extend their knowledge and experience working as part a professional HR and Payroll team. Responsible for all aspects of HR administration, this will include supporting the HR Business Partners with the entire recruitment process, ensuring DBS and other checks are carried out, together with the preparation of all appointment documentation, references etc. and processing of leavers. The maintenance of accurate electronic data systems and HR files is an essential part of the role as is providing support for payroll related administration to ensure timely and efficient processing of payroll changes.

The successful applicant will have experience of data input and reporting on an HR/Payroll Database, excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure, be methodical and exceptionally accurate in their approach to all their duties, as well as demonstrating the ability and confidence to communicate at all levels, verbally and in writing. This is a varied and fast paced role, requiring flexibility, a willing approach, resourcefulness and the aptitude to work effectively as part of a team.
