Part Time – 28 hours per week

We are seeking a Projects Administrator to provide support to the Head of Chesed and the department.

You will be responsible for liaising, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure the smooth running of key projects.

The responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Duties
  • Organising volunteer training events Researching potential new Chesed Projects
  • Publicising the work of the Chesed Department
  • To produce regular newsletters
  • To organise the Pesach and Rosh Hashanah Events
  • To assist in event management in conferences.

You will have proven administrative experience in working in a similar environment as well as experience of contributing to the success of the wider team as well as posses strong computing skills including, databases, Microsoft Office and Social Networking.

A passion for Chesed and a commitment to the goals of the US Chesed department will be ideal.
