Salary: £13,104 per annum

Part-time, 21 hours per week

Mon to Thurs 9.30am – 14.00pm & Sunday 9.30pm – 12:30 pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Community Administrator to provide professional administration, finance and secretarial support to our Community.

You will possess strong administrative and finance experience and effective customer care skills. You must be able to demonstrate strong computing skills including, databases, Microsoft Office and the practical use of Social Networking.

The ideal candidate will always ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to the community and should be capable of working unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines.

In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and be self-driven with a working knowledge of Marketing.  You must have the ability to take effective and accurate meeting minutes. A good knowledge of Jewish customs will be ideal.
