An exciting and challenging senior management opportunity is available for an accomplished individual to support and advise US communities and their leadership.

We are looking for an excellent verbal and written communicator, with a talent for enthusing and motivating teams and the ability to build and maintain strong and successful professional relationships.

Key roles and responsibilities include leading on local lay leadership training, strategic planning for communities, community engagement initiatives, development of the US regional strategy and designing and piloting new community models.  Community liaison will also be a key function of the role.

The successful candidate will have a graduate level degree, a high-level understanding of the UK Jewish community, as well as a knowledge of orthodox Jewish customs and practices, along with appropriate experience of managing and co-ordinating multiple projects and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives.
