The United Synagogue is undergoing a period of significant change as it is redesigning the way HR processes are delivered through the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional with strong HRIS knowledge and experience (ideally in Core HR) to join us as an HRIS Manager and help us shape a new way of delivering high-quality service and supporting the ongoing implementation of our new HRIS system, Core HR.

We have already delivered the first phase of the implementation (HR & Payroll), and we are now embarking on phase two, the Recruitment (ATS), Learning & Development & Appraisal modules.

The main duties will include:

• Project manage under the leadership of the Head of HR, the continued rollout of our HRIS system, Core HR.
• Drive data accuracy and consistency to ensure the business is able to make clear data led decisions which will involve building a broad portfolio of reports.
• Maintaining up to date and accurate data in Core HR, including the document management.
• Provide systems training to the stakeholders where required.  
• Act as an advisor to our stakeholders, assisting them with queries and problems processing changes within the system.
• Write and continually update user guides, ensuring that user experience is straight forward and any questions can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience using Core HR, or at least 5 years’ experience using several different systems. You will be articulate, customer focused with strong communication skills.
