Part-Time Finance & Administrative Assistant - Hendon United Synagogue

£27,000 pa pro rata

We seek an organised self-starter for our newly defined role that has responsibilities for a variety of administrative tasks that include taking minutes at meetings, forwarding and distributing mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. The role reports directly to the Community Manager and will help fulfil the Manager's duties in their absence as well as assist the Executive, in particular the Chair and FR on certain projects.

The successful candidate will be an organised multi-tasker, able to work under pressure and possess good communication skills. You will be fully computer literate, with exceptional Excel skills, be a critical thinker and be a real team player.
