Magen Avot is a warm and welcoming committed modern Orthodox community in Hendon, a thriving locale with excellent Jewish infrastructure and amenities.
We are looking for a part-time Rabbi or Rabbinic couple to guide and inspire our community, providing halachic, spiritual, educational and pastoral leadership. The position will occupy approximately 12 hours a week.
The Rabbi/Rabbinic couple will evince a modern leadership style, sound judgement and a love of people. He/they will provide religious and spiritual support to the community and will enthusiastically engage with current members and work to attract new ones.
The Rabbi will have an acceptable semicha, and, ideally a high level of secular education.
The package does not include the provision of accommodation.
