North Finchley based & various US Synagogue locations as required

Salary £29,000 pa 

The purpose of the US Community Division is to serve and support communities and to work with them to build engagement, participation, and Jewish growth.

Reporting to the Membership and Community Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Membership Department and various synagogue offices as and when required.

The main duties will include:

  • To be an integral part of the US Membership Team
  • To act as a Synagogue Administrator for multiple synagogues

The successful candidate will have a well-developed sense of responsibility, ensure confidentiality is kept at all times, have good organisational and effective customer care skills, and be self-motivated and adaptable. The post-holder will also be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office platform, have considerable experience working with databases, be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives.
