Roving Finance Administrator - Community Services Division - North Finchley

North Finchley based & various United Synagogue locations as required.

Salary £30,000 per annum

Reporting to the Membership and Community Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional financial administrative support to various Synagogue offices as and when required.

The main duties will include:

To act on behalf of the United Synagogue to manage and maintain all aspects of allocated Synagogues’ financial accounts and other financial records relating to those Synagogues. You will be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from members and other stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a well-developed sense of responsibility, ensure confidentiality is always kept, have good organisational and effective customer care skills, and be self-motivated and adaptable. The post-holder will also be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office platform, have significant experience working with databases, be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage their own workload, and deliver results under pressure within tight deadlines and objectives.
