Full-Time, 35 hours per week - Flexible
The job holder will be expected to understand the operations of the community building, and to help deliver a high-quality general service that meets the expectations of service users and staff.
You will be required to ensure site security is always maintained, setting-up events and clearing up and ensure maintenance, cleanliness, safety of the building and grounds, including all furniture and equipment; and to carry out cleaning services.
The main duties of the role are:
- Cleaning, event preparation, safety of the building, maintenance of the building & equipment
- Responsibility to ensure the building is secure
- To line manage existing caretaker and cleaners
Proven experience as a handyperson within a similar environment would be a strong advantage.
