24 hours, with occasional evenings and Sundays
Salary: £20,500 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The US Membership team. Reporting to the Membership & Community Administration Manager, the role is to implement and have day to day responsibility for the new US Membership Retention Protocol.
This role will involve engaging with members, as well as a number of different stakeholders, including administrators, financial representatives and a number of departments within the United Synagogue.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service and administrative experience, especially with working on modern databases.
